MCIRT is presenting a webinar, “See No Bias, Say No Bias, Hear No Bias: Addressing Unconscious Bias in the Workplace,” on January 12, 2022, beginning at 9:00AM.
Human Capital Strategist Melva Tate, owner of Tate & Associates, LLC, in Birmingham, will define the concept of unconscious bias, discuss how biases influence our decision-making and interactions in the workplace, demonstrate how “auto pilot processing” unchecked shapes our perceptions of others, and will evaluate the relationship between workplace bias, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
