2020 Annual Convention

Exhibitors Registration

The 2020 Annual Convention will be held April 14-17, 2020, at the Sheraton in Birmingham.

Registration for exhibits space is now open! If you would like to have a booth at our Annual Convention, register today! The deadline to register is March 13, 2020.


Exhibitor Registration

The Exhibit Hall will be open Wednesday, April 15 and Thursday, April 16.

  • General Exhibitor booths are $625 for the first booth, $550 for each additional booth. These are 10 x 10 booths with pipe and drape, one (1) skirted 6’ table, two (2) folding chairs, wastebasket, and ID sign.
  • Non-Profit Exhibitor booths are $300 per booth, and are equipped with the items listed above.
  • Artisan/Craft Exhibitor booths are $150 per booth, and are equipped with the items listed above. Artisan/Craft exhibitors are expected to be in attendance for both days.

Additional furnishings, accessories, and carpeting, as well as shipping and storage, are available to order through VEAL Convention Services. All Exhibitors will receive an information packet and forms from VEAL after you have registered. If you need power at your booth, you will need to order separately through the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC). After registration, you will receive an email with instructions on how to place orders.

All exhibitors will have access to free WiFi in the Exhibit Hall.

Deadline for exhibit booth registration and event sponsorship is Friday, March 13, 2020.

$500 sponsorships receive a push notification ad on the Socio app, half page ad in the printed program, and promotional signage at sponsored event. Sponsorships $1,000 and above receive podium recognition, a rotating full color ad with logo in the Socio app, a push notification ad on the Socio app, promotional signage at sponsored event, and a full page ad in the printed program. Sponsorships $4,000 and above also receive the opportunity to bring greetings at the start of the sponsored event.
