Government Documents Round Table (GODORT)

"Provides a forum for librarians working with government documents. Objectives also include the promotion of availability, use and bibliographic control of documents; and the promotion of communication between documents librarians and other librarians. GODORT is an affiliate of the American Library Association. Membership is open to any member of the Association who subscribes to the objectives of the round table." -- Alabama Library Association Handbook, 15.1.8 Section c.

Dues are $3 per year per round table.

Alabama GODORT-L

The purpose of the GODORT-L listserv is to provide a convenient means of communication for those interested in government documents issues in the state of Alabama. While primarily of interest to government documents librarians and GODORT members, this listserv is open to anyone with an interest in government documents.
