Dora Fenderson - Aerobic Instructor
Dora Fenderson is a native of Montgomery. She is a full time Administrator employed with the Montgomery Public School System, and has been an Aerobics Instructor since 1996. She is AFAA certified in Group Exercise (2001). Not only does Dora teaches Step, KickBoxing, Strength, Circuit and Zumba, but she is a past NANBF Body Building competitor of the Montgomery area. She loves to teach and has fun doing it.
Hobbies: Singing, Dancing, Cooking, Teaching Sunday School to Kids.

Shirley Nance was born in Dallas, Texas. She attended Prairie View A&M University and graduated with a BA in marketing in the spring of 1992. In the summer of 2004, Shirley and her family moved to Montgomery, Alabama. Shirley has a Health and Wellness business and is also a group fitness and spinning instructor at All Fit Gym in Montgomery, AL. Shirley has certifications in these disciplines: Group Exercise, Group Cycling Instructor, and Healthy Lifestyle Principals.
